On Friday world health organization announced the existence of B.1.1.529 strain of Covid-19 as a variant and named it Omicron.
The variant has been placed as the most-dangerous classification of Covid-19 variants, alongside the globally-prevailing Delta, in addition to its more vulnerable opponents Beta, Gamma and Alpha.
